Our accessibility approach
We aim to conform to the applicable requirements of Israeli Standard 5568, based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) at level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and some content or third-party services may not yet be fully accessible.
Accessibility features available
- Keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators and a skip-to-content link.
- Semantic headings, labels and landmarks across the shared site layout.
- Text-size, high-contrast, grayscale, underlined-links and reduced-motion controls.
- Responsive layouts designed for zoom and common mobile screen sizes.
Known limitations
Some uploaded documents, videos, maps, embedded tools or content supplied by third parties may have partial accessibility. If you encounter a barrier, contact us and we will offer an accessible alternative where reasonably possible.
Service and meeting arrangements
Our services are provided digitally and by appointment. If you need an accommodation for an in-person or remote meeting, please contact us in advance so we can coordinate it.
